A comfortable fit matters more than a maximum headcount. “Sleeps up to” is the property’s total overnight capacity. It does not mean a separate bedroom or bed for every guest. We’ll help you review the sleeping layout before you choose.

Every generation has a different rhythm

Choose the layout
around your people.

Start with who is coming, not just how many. A few details make it easier to choose a house everyone can enjoy.

Who sleeps where?
List each household, the beds they need, and any early bedtimes. Match the sleeping arrangements to your family’s comfort level.

How will mornings work?
Compare bathroom counts and kitchen layouts. Those details matter when several households are getting ready at once.

Who needs easier access?
Tell us about stairs, mobility needs, and preferred bedroom locations. We’ll confirm the specific property layout before you book.

What do the youngest guests need?
Share children’s ages and ask about any equipment you need. Confirm availability before relying on cribs, high chairs, or other baby gear.

Family reunion FAQs

Where are your family reunion houses?

Four of our individual homes are in Denver, and Red Rocks Artist Retreat is in Evergreen. RiNo Compound is a combined booking of two neighboring Denver homes.

How many family members can stay together?

Individual homes sleep up to 20 or 30 guests. RiNo Compound sleeps up to 50 across Party Palace and Villa. The right fit also depends on how your family wants to share bedrooms and beds.

Which house should our family choose?

Start with bedroom and bathroom needs, then consider the setting and shared spaces. Sunnyside Compound has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three kitchens. Red Rocks Artist Retreat has six bedrooms and four bathrooms in Evergreen. Our team can help compare these and the RiNo options.

Does “sleeps 30” mean 30 private beds?

No. Maximum sleeping capacity is not a private-bed or private-bedroom count. Review the full bed layout and assign households before choosing your property.

Can we book two neighboring houses?

Yes. RiNo Compound combines RiNo Party Palace and RiNo Villa, subject to both homes being available for your dates. The two-home booking sleeps up to 50 guests.

Are the houses suitable for children and grandparents?

Families of different ages can enjoy the homes, but layouts and amenities vary. Share children’s ages, mobility needs, and rooming preferences so we can discuss the right fit. Children need appropriate adult supervision, including around hot tubs and outdoor areas.

Can you accommodate mobility or accessibility needs?

Please tell us your specific requirements before booking, including stairs, bedroom location, bathroom access, and vehicle access. We’ll review the selected property with you rather than assume every home has the same features.

Are cribs, high chairs, or other baby supplies included?

Ask our team about the equipment you need before booking. Availability must be confirmed for your stay; do not assume baby supplies are included at every property.

Can we cook our own meals?

The houses have kitchens, and you can plan meals around your family’s schedule. Check the selected property’s kitchen equipment and dining setup for your group. You can also add meals from our in-house culinary team.

Can your team prepare a reunion dinner?

Yes. Explore Culinary Parties, including pizza, barbecue, brunch, and other menus. Share your guest count, dietary needs, and preferred service style so we can confirm a suitable meal plan.

Can you pick up relatives at the airport?

Our in-house transportation team can help plan airport pickups. Vehicle needs depend on passenger count, luggage, flight times, and any child-seat requirements. Larger families may need multiple vehicles or trips.

What do family reunion packages cost and include?

Visit Epic Family Reunion Packages for current stay options, pricing, and listed inclusions. Your quote confirms the house, dates, headcount, and selected services for your family.

Can local relatives visit without staying overnight?

Share both the overnight headcount and total number of people gathering. Day visitors and gathering arrangements must be approved for the selected property before booking.

Should we choose Denver or Evergreen?

Denver can suit families who want city outings as part of their stay. Evergreen offers a mountain setting at Red Rocks Artist Retreat. Consider the house layout, travel plans, and how much time your family wants to spend at the property.

How do we start planning our family reunion?

Send us your preferred dates, overnight and visiting guest counts, children’s ages, rooming needs, and target budget. Tell us whether you want just the house or help with meals, rides, and experiences.
