Before you bring the team
Midweek retreat FAQs
What is a midweek corporate escape?
A weekday team offsite built around a private group house, focused working time and shared experiences. Choose the stay, meals and services that suit your team rather than assuming every option is included.
Can we request a short weekday stay?
Yes. Share your preferred dates and number of nights. Shorter-stay availability and minimum stays depend on the house, dates and booking calendar.
Are weekday rates always lower?
Rates depend on the property, dates, length of stay and selected services. Send any date flexibility with your request so we can compare available options. This page does not promise a fixed weekday discount.
Is the house included in our proposal?
Yes. Your retreat proposal includes the house for the selected stay and identifies the meals, transportation and other services included in your package.
Can some teammates join just for the day?
Share the total attendee count separately from the overnight guest count. Daytime attendance and the working setup must be confirmed for the selected property.
Can everyone have a private bedroom?
That depends on the house and your headcount. Sleeping capacity is different from private-bedroom count. Share your rooming requirements before choosing the property.
How do we confirm the meeting setup?
Tell us how many people will join each session, your seating preferences and any presentation or video-call requirements. We will confirm the house, equipment and connectivity against those needs before booking.
Do you provide a meeting facilitator?
Do not assume meeting facilitation is included. Your team should assign a facilitator or arrange one separately, while we coordinate the lodging and selected hospitality services.
Can your team handle meals at the house?
Yes. Our in-house culinary team can help plan meals around your work sessions. Your proposal confirms the menu, service and meal headcounts selected for your stay.
Can we discuss allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Share allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences early so our culinary team can discuss suitable options and confirm what can be accommodated.
Can we include chauffeured transportation?
Discuss airport transfers and group outings with our in-house transportation team. Share passenger numbers, luggage, routes and timing so the proposal can include the right arrangements.
Can we add a team-building activity?
Yes. Explore the team-building experiences linked on this page and share your interests, available time and participation needs. Activities and any partner arrangements are confirmed for your group.
Can you help personalize the retreat?
Ask about the existing customization options, including decor, branded merchandise and vehicle or driver branding. Your proposal confirms the selected services, availability and any associated costs.
Are taxes, fees and gratuity included?
Taxes and fees are generally included in your quoted package. Gratuity is not included, is never required and is always optional.
What should we send to request a weekday quote?
Send your preferred dates, number of nights, total attendees, overnight guests, rooming requirements and target budget. Include your work-session needs, meal preferences, transportation plans and accessibility requirements.
