The short answer

Pick a restaurant for a dinner-only night. Pick an event space for a staged reception. Pick a private group house when you want food, drinks, games and optional overnight stays in one place, with no closing time and no other parties in the room.

Experience Guide owns and operates five private Denver group houses that host up to 50 party guests each, or up to 100 when two neighboring homes are booked together as the RiNo Compound, plus our own chefs, bartenders and shuttle vans.

Real party. Real house. Real beds.

Skip the banquet hall

A house beats a back room.

Small teams get lost in big venues. A private house feels like a party at the boss's place, without anyone hosting at their own home.

  • The whole house is yours. No other groups, no last call.
  • Game rooms, hot tubs, full kitchens and a theater at some homes.
  • Beds included for anyone who wants to stay.
  • Our own chefs, bartenders and vans, not outside vendors.

What it costs

One night. One house. One party.

Dinner, drinks, games and the toast, then our chauffeured shuttle vans get everyone home safe. No one has to be the designated driver.

Top performers stay over

Turn the beds into a reward. Out-of-town staff, leadership or your top sellers wake up to coffee and a hot tub instead of a drive home.

Budget it in five lines.

Compare the full cost, not just the room fee. Then divide by your actual headcount. A house often wins once you add the restaurant's food minimum, service charge and everyone's rideshare home.

The obvious questions

Company holiday party FAQ

Where should a small company host a holiday party in Denver?

A restaurant private room works for a dinner-only night, and an event space works for a staged reception. A private group house works best when you want food, drinks, games and optional overnight stays in one place, with no closing time and no other groups. Experience Guide has five private Denver-area group houses that host up to 50 party guests each, or up to 100 at the RiNo Compound. See all of our holiday party options.

Do employees have to stay overnight?

No. Your booking is a lodging reservation, but nobody is required to sleep there. Many teams send local staff home in our shuttle vans and offer the beds to out-of-town staff, leadership or top performers as a reward. Planning a longer offsite? See corporate and team retreats.

Can we book the house for just one night?

Yes. Most company holiday parties book a single night, from about $1,500 to $2,500 depending on the house. Some peak dates may require a longer stay, so send us your date or text (303) 323-1039 to check.

How much does a company holiday party cost?

Party nights run about $1,500 to $2,500 depending on the house and include permission to host your private event. Culinary Parties start at $2,200 and include a chef, bartender, party coordinator and full cleanup crew. Chauffeured shuttle vans start at $99 per hour. Together, most teams can plan a fully staffed private party from about $3,700. Our group house pricing guide breaks down the details.

How many people can attend the party?

Each house hosts up to 50 party guests, and the RiNo Compound hosts up to 100. Overnight capacity is separate: individual houses sleep 20 to 30, and the RiNo Compound sleeps 50. Tell us your total headcount and how many might stay over, and we'll match you to the right house.

Which house is best for a company party?

RiNo Party Palace is our flagship party house with a theater, poker and roulette. Sunnyside Compound has two game rooms and three kitchens. Red Rocks Artist Retreat is a premium mountain estate in Evergreen. Vibe City RiNo Escape and RiNo Villa fit smaller teams, and the RiNo Compound combines Party Palace and Villa for the biggest groups.

Will employees who stay get their own bedrooms?

Not necessarily. Many beds are in shared rooms. Check the bedroom and bed layout on each house page before promising private rooms, or ask us to recommend a house based on who is staying.

Can you cater the party?

Yes. Our in-house culinary team cooks and serves at the house. The Ultimate Pizza Party is our most popular, with a live pizza chef, Wagyu burgers and apps. Other menus include Taste of Italy, All-American BBQ and Mexican Fiesta. Culinary Parties start at $2,200 and include a chef, bartender, party coordinator and full cleanup crew. Anyone staying over can add a Baller Brunch the next morning.

Can we have a bartender?

Yes. Every Culinary Party includes a bartender. You can bring your own beverages, or have us pre-stock drinks and groceries before your team arrives.

Can you get everyone home safely?

Yes. Our chauffeured shuttle vans seat 12 to 15 guests each and start at $99 per hour with a private driver. Run your team home at the end of the night, or keep the group together for dinner, nightlife or an outing.

Can we add a team outing or activity?

Yes. Popular add-ons include speakeasy pop-ups, a Denver brewpub crawl, the Mobile Adventure Rally, go-kart racing, archery dodgeball and the Black Hawk casino experience. See all of our Signature Experiences.

Can you decorate the house for the holidays?

Yes. Our party-planning team can have holiday décor set up before your team arrives. It's an optional add-on.

Can we bring our own food, drinks and décor?

Absolutely. Every house has a full kitchen. Let us know your plans so we can confirm setup and cleanup.

Is this an event space rental?

No. We're an overnight lodging provider with big houses designed for large group parties. Unlike a hotel conference room or event hall, beds are included, so your team can celebrate and stay in the same place. Browse our Denver group lodging.

Is there an option outside the city?

Yes. Red Rocks Artist Retreat is a 3-acre mountain estate in Evergreen, about 30 minutes from Denver. Our other four homes are in Denver, within about two miles of each other.

Can we tour a house before booking?

Often, yes, in person or virtually. You can also watch walkthrough videos on our YouTube channel and read our guest reviews.

How far ahead should we book?

December Fridays and Saturdays book first, so earlier is better. Houses are booked first come, first served, and a small refundable deposit holds your date. Last-minute openings happen too, so it's always worth asking. Our Denver holiday guide has more seasonal ideas.

Who can make the reservation?

The person booking must be 21 or older and show a valid photo ID at check-in. All reservations follow our terms and conditions.

How do we check availability?

Send your date, total attendees, overnight guests and budget through our quote form, or call or text (303) 323-1039. We'll reply with the houses that fit and exactly what it costs.
